The Federation, under the direction of its council seeks to achieve the following objectives: First : Contribution to building capacity of the constituent Chambers to cooperate and coordinate their activities among themselves and with the federation thus accelerate efficient delivery of services required by their respective business community. Second : : Creation of favorable business environment by changing the existing business philosophy and attitude. For example, survival is seen as a short-term exercise, price and small profit are decisive elements for competition, where it is hoped to initiate a process of changing the mindset of the business community and relating business survival to factors other than the price and small profit. For example uniqueness and product differentiation, quality, customer oriented products, reliability and trust. Third : Initiate a process whereby businesses are linked together and linkages within the industry are established to enhance competitiveness and optimizing the use of scarce resources. Fourth : Effective participation in formulation of laws and regulation and passage of legislation necessary for the business community prosperity and better performance of the private sector. Fifth : Restoration and enhancement of linkages within the region and foreign markets given the new political realities and development. Sixth: Establishment of a strong networks among the expatriate Palestinian business and with the Palestinian business at home with special emphasis on marketing Palestinian products and transfer of know-how.
