The Chamber’s goal is to serve the public in the economic sector, develop the local community and raise the income of the individual, and consequently improve the life conditions of the society at the economic, cultural and health levels.  To achieve these goals, it was essential that the Chamber design a strategy for accelerating the achievement of these goals.  Among the components of this strategy are:

• Forming an efficient, innovative administrative cadre.
• Providing the administrative cadre with necessary equipment and data.
• Gathering statistical data about the economic community in order to diagnose its problems and consequently present these problems to the experts who will propose solutions.
• Setting up specialist committees for each sector of the economy in order to study the problems encountered by each profession and propose solutions.
• Necessity of the availability of a building for the Chamber suitable for carrying out administrative activities and offering appropriate services.  This building would consist of several storeys that facilitate the holding of a permanent exhibition for local products.  There is also a need for consolidating economic relations with friendly countries.
• Establishing a bank for economy data that would be made available to those who need it.  This would assist in building a strong economy.
• Working on establishing an industrial area where economic activities would be conducted.  This would facilitate the progress of national production.  This area would also form a connecting link for compiling local savings and outside investments, which would lead to the development of production.
• Establishing a bank that specializes in serving all the economic, commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors.
• Strengthening economic relations with the outside world and participating in international exhibitions.
• Working on exporting local products.
