- The Commercial Register
The Commercial-Industrial Register includes everyone who practices commercial, industrial or craft work in a specific place with a marked address within the Hebron Governorate. These registers are grouped into four categories:
- Commercial Register: It includes all those who practice business, selling and buying.
- Industrial Register: It includes all those who deal with medium and heavy industries which basically depend upon equipment.
- Crafts Register: It includes all those who practice a craft that depends essentially upon manual work.
- Services Register: It includes everyone who provides intangible service for citizens, such as insurance and consultation institutions.
The above groups are classified into commonly agreed-upon categories: distinctive, first and second, in accordance with criteria explicitly started in the Palestinian Chamber of Commerce Law.
Membership is accepted upon presentation of documents that show the applicant’s
practice of the work, after submitting it to a special committee assigned by the Governing Council, which either accepts or rejects the applicant’s membership and classify him/her in the Chamber of Commerce registers.

These machines have been linked by an internal network which is linked to the Internet through the satellite.
